BurrowSpec Solutions is an owner-operator environmental consulting firm based in Central Florida, providing specialized gopher tortoise survey, permitting, and relocation services for land development, construction, and private property projects. We work directly with developers, engineers, contractors, and homeowners to deliver practical, project-specific support from initial site review through regulatory coordination and field implementation. As a small, locally based business, we offer responsive communication, consistent oversight, and a high level of personal attention throughout each stage of the process.

Our focus is on individual project support, with efficient turnaround times designed to help clients maintain momentum and make informed decisions without unnecessary delays. Services include site assessments, burrow surveys, GPS mapping, permitting support, and tortoise relocation. Because gopher tortoises and their burrows are protected under Florida law, and construction activity within 25 feet of a burrow may require permitting, our role is to help clients understand requirements early, plan effectively, and move forward in a manner that supports both compliance and project completion.
